Shipping policy

We package and ship every item from our small shop in Ocean City, Maryland via USPS or UPS depending on the weight and location of where the order is headed.  If your print arrives damaged please take a photo of the damage, hold on to the packaging, and email us asap at contact@plakthat.com so that we can start the claim process.  Each print is insured by a third party so we will happily reprint and send your item while we work behind the scenes on the claim process.  Thank you so much for supporting our small business!!
